Terms of service

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase, booking a service, or enrolling in a program with The Everydog Co. 

By booking a Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. 
"You/Your/Yours" - the customer/client
"Us/We/Our" - The Everydog Co
"Service(s)" - Services, programs, courses, or products available through The Everydog Co



REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND RESCHEDULING

Refunds of PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
If you are dissatisfied with a product, please email kelly@theeverydogco.com

  • Leash hardware recommendations are based on the manufacturer's listed Breaking Load and Safe Working Load (SWL) guidelines. Each consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of all Everydog Co. products for their individual situation and needs. The consumer accepts all responsibility by purchasing and/or using these products. Please always check all of your gear before use. By ordering from Everydog Co., you agree to these terms.

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of VIRTUAL coaching sessions
To request to reschedule or cancel a coaching session, email kelly@theeverydogco.com

  • You or We may reschedule a coaching session up to 48 hours prior to the start-time with no fee. 
  • If you request to reschedule a coaching session less than 48 hours prior to the start-time, We reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 150 SEK.

  • You may cancel a coaching session up to 48 hours prior to the start-time and receive a partial refund. We will reserve a 250 SEK administrative and cancellation fee. 
  • If you cancel a coaching session less than 48 hours prior to the start-time, We reserve the right to charge the full session cost with no refund.
  • No refunds will be given after a coaching session has taken place.

COVID-19 SERVICE INFORMATION
We are currently continuing to offer private coaching sessions with the following adjustment:
  • Any individual (trainer or dog owner) who does not feel healthy has the right to reschedule the session up to 4 hours before the start-time.​

  • You or We may reschedule a coaching session up to 48 hours prior to the start-time with no fee. 
  • If you request to reschedule a coaching session less than 48 hours prior to the start-time, We reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 150 SEK. *IF EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS, SEE COVID-19 ADJUSTMENT ABOVE.

  • You may cancel a coaching session up to 48 hours prior to the start-time and receive a partial refund. We will reserve a 250 SEK administrative and cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel a coaching session less than 48 hours prior to the start-time, We reserve the right to charge the full session cost with no refund.
  • No refunds will be given after a coaching session has taken place.

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of group in-person training classes
  • Cancellation and attendance: In the event of the cancellation of the course prior to its start-date, participants will receive a full refund.
  • In the event of the cancellation of a session, the instructor will inform participants via email and text message. A make-up session will be scheduled.
  • No make-up sessions will be scheduled for course participants who are unable to attend a lesson.
  • *COVID-19 special precautions: Any a participants unable to attend a session as a result of COVID-19 symptoms are invited to make up the missed lesson by attending a session in a future group course.

Refunds and cancellations of online courses
  • After being granted access to an online course, you have 14 days to email Us to receive a full refund. After answering some questions, you will be granted a refund.
  • No refunds are given after 14 days.

Refunds and cancellations of memberships
  • After being granted access to a membership, no refunds are granted for your first payment. You may email Us at any time to terminate your membership, and We will cancel your recurring payments. You will have access to the material until the end of your 30-day billing cycle. 
  • If there is a free trial period and you do not wish to continue your membership, you must email Us to terminate your membership before the end of the trial period. You will be billed automatically at the end of the trial period if you do not contact us to cancel.

Refunds for digital products
  • No refunds are granted for the purchase of digital products (PDFs, downloadables, etc).


ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Purchases
If you wish to purchase any Service made available through The Everydog Co, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email address, and mailing and billing address.

Subscriptions
Online Membership parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). If you enroll in a membership program, you will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. 

Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Everydog.
Everydog has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Everydog shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
